Cedar + Scrubs offers interactive workshops and training sessions designed to help organizations, healthcare teams, educators, and community groups deepen their understanding of Indigenous health, reconciliation, cultural safety, and inclusive leadership. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of your audience and grounded in practical, real-world application.

Participants will examine the legacy of colonial policies, systemic barriers, and healthcare inequities while developing a deeper understanding of their role in advancing reconciliation within healthcare settings.

This workshop explores the root causes of Indigenous health inequities and examines practical strategies for creating more equitable, culturally safe, and responsive healthcare systems. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how colonialism, policy, geography, social determinants of health, and systemic barriers shape Indigenous health experiences across Canada.
